🎶 something about Christmas time …you can feel the magic in the air🎼
And you certainly could today at our Annual Adopt a Grandparent event at Autumn Villa. Pure gratitude led to tears of joy for all who participated in the joy of giving this Christmas. Thank you to the Community for adopting our Residents and filling the season with thoughtfulness. Thank you to the Elves for Elders and Maxine Hutchins amazing group. My junior elves : my kiddo Ryan ,and friends Eli and Liliana . To my “A” team for helping with all the hustle and bustle and my activities director Stephanie for her enthusiasm and “what’s next attitude “. We are grateful and blessed

We are thankful and blessed. All of our Residents have been adopted through our adopt a grandparent program. We want to thank everyone involved, including the Cumberland community. I wish everybody a prosperous and beautiful holiday. If you would still like to help, we are looking for Christmas carolers, Christmas crafts, stocking stuffers, or professionally baked goods or snack trays. As always, we try to spoil our residents all the time, but would like the holiday season to be extra special. Thank you all in advance. Happy holidays.

It’s that time of year! Autumn villa is looking for a few good elves. 🎄If you are able to adopt a Resident this Christmas season please contact us from 9am-5pm or private message. We had such an amazing Christmas season for our Residents last year. Between the Christmas cards and carolers from the Children at West Bay Christian Academy, Maxine Hutchins and her crew from Elves for Elders, and Tami Iavorone’s group of Christmas Elves, to the deliveries of gift/bakery baskets for both Residents and staff, and the amazing outpouring from the community for presents to every single Resident living here. We thank each and every one of you. ❤️ Our hopes is to somehow make this happen again! Let’s bless this house with happiness. Wishing you all a blessed and safe year.

Woo hoo. Let’s see if we can do this in record time. We have only 13 more Residents that need adopting. Please private message me for info. We will also need stocking stuffers. Dollar store, stuff, nail polishes, cologne, perfume, lipsticks, body lotions, shaving cream, deodorant, etc. candy candy candy lol.  Chocolate chocolate chocolate. Diabetic and regular.
