Phishing email alert-
The email you received today morning is a phishing/scam email. Please do not reply to it.
We want to inform all our members that these types of emails often become more active around the time of our larger events. The best course of action is to report it, mark it as spam, and block the sender.
How to report it:
You can report it directly through your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) by clicking “Report Spam” or “Report Phishing.”
You can also report it to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at: reportfraud.ftc.gov
If possible, you may also forward the suspicious email to your email provider’s abuse team (for example: abuse@gmail.com, abuse@outlook.com, etc.).
Please note: replying to such emails confirms that your email address is active and can lead to more scam attempts.
Our newsletters regularly include information on how to recognize and report these kinds of emails.
Also, please be assured that we do not sell or share any information of our members or subscribers.
Thank you for your attention and for helping keep our community safe.
