Are you looking for a compassionate Primary Care Provider? Our office has openings for new patient visits with Lala Miner, CRNP!

Lala has a strong background in cardiology and gerontology. She has worked in hospital, outpatient, and home based settings over her many years in the nursing field. She is accepting patients 18 years and older with Maryland Medicaid, Medicare, and numerous Private Insurance plans.

Please call Kate at 240.362.7444 ext. 2 to set up your first appointment. It's always best to have care established BEFORE you get sick or have medical needs!

Please welcome Lala Miner, CRNP to our practice! We are so excited to have her join our team this June!

Lala has a strong background in cardiology and gerontology. She has worked in hospital, outpatient and home based settings over her many years in the nursing field. She will be seeing patients 18 years and older. She is currently accepting Maryland Medicaid, Medicare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She will be adding additional insurance panels each month.

We are sad to announce that our beloved Stephanie Durst, OT is retiring. She has been a pillar of this business over the last 9 years and was a founding member of the team. She single handedly designed and implemented the program we offer today. Her presence will be greatly missed. Although we know no one will ever be able to replace her, please let your friends and family know we are looking to hire a new OT either part or full time. Please let Stephanie know how much we appreciate her and will miss her, as we send her off with wishes of health and happiness:-)
