A little message from ATB for those of you who have been eating the anti inflammatory way or who want to embark on a healthier lifestyle

Always trying to find new ideas, I’ve found some awesome alternatives to pasta for all of you hung up by the idea of no pasta in the grain free diet.

We tried today:
chick pea pasta from Banza
Yellow pea pasta from ZENB

Both were awesome and easy, same cooking instructions as regular pasta, same texture and flavor. Both available on Amazon. Yet, not inflammatory and quite nutritious!!
