Elena discovered barre in college and quickly fell in love with the way it beautifully blends strength, movement, and mindfulness. After years of dedicated practice, she became a certified barre instructor in 2022.⁠
⁠
She is deeply passionate about the sense of community that group fitness creates and loves bringing people together through intentional, empowering movement.⁠
⁠
Outside of the studio, you can find Elena reading, baking sweet treats, watercolor painting, or spending time with friends.⁠
⁠
Elena is thrilled to join the TPPS community and can’t wait to share her energy and love for barre with you all 💛⁠
