Cumberland Healthcare is making it easier than ever to prioritize your breast health. 💖 Starting October 7, we’re offering extended walk-in hours for screening mammograms — no appointment needed!

✅ Women 40+
✅ Haven’t had a mammogram in the past 12 months
✅ No history of breast cancer in past 3 years
✅ No recent breast surgery or biopsy (within 1 year)
✅ No breast implants or current concerns

Bring with you:

🏥 Name of previous facility (if not Cumberland)
👩‍⚕️ Primary care provider's name

Cumberland Healthcare offers a Stroke and Brain Injury Support Group for survivors, their families, and their caregivers. Classes are the second Wednesday of each month from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Upcoming dates are: October 8th, November 12th, and December 10th, etc.
the support group provides guidance, education, and encouragement to stroke and brain injury survivors and their families, friends, and caregivers. There is no cost, and the support group is for those 18 and older. Refreshments are offered.

CONNECT - EXCHANGE - CARE: For Your Information:
Traverse Exchange allows Cumberland Healthcare and other participating healthcare facilities to communicate and share patient information, which helps healthcare providers have the most up-to-date information, aiding in the ability to provide safer, faster, and more coordinated care.

Shared data can include but is not limited to: medications, allergies, vaccine history, medical/surgical history, encounter dates, etc.

Some items to note:
▶Data exchange is only possible with participating healthcare providers.
▶We have the option to import a patient’s data from other participating healthcare providers into Meditech (we do NOT HAVE to import this data).
▶Information from Cumberland Healthcare is made available to Traverse Exchange upon discharge or departure of an account.
▶All patients are enrolled to Traverse Exchange by default. Patient Access will have forms available for any patient that chooses to opt out of participating. All patients have the option and right to opt-out of his/her data being shared.
