“when we think about Reiki, we need to broaden our understanding of healing. While Reiki can be used to reduce pain, bring support during an illness, or boost the healing process after an injury, this is a limited way of using Reiki. Reiki has the effect of bringing the body and mind into the rest and restore state, which allows us to repair and regenerate. In this state, the mind and body can return to balance. During a Reiki session, we are in a state similar to deep meditation. A lot of clearing and balance can be received simply by resting in this state, especially if one is open to it.”

Reiki Level I is an introductory attunement where you will learn to feel and direct healing energy, primarily for self-care and personal growth. No prior experience or special skills are required—just an open mind and a willingness to learn !
✨This will be a very small class with only 2 seats available! Do not hesitate if you have been waiting for this!!

In this workshop, you will receive your first 'attunement' - a gentle ritual that helps you connect with the Reiki energy. This attunement opens up energy pathways, allowing you to channel Reiki energy through your hands to yourself and others. A 21 day workbook and direct mentorship will be provided to all students!

What to expect to learn:

🙏Reiki Fundamentals - You'll gain an understanding of what Reiki is, its history, and the principles that guide its practice.

🙏Hand Positions & Energy Flow - Learn how to place your hands on or over the body to channel energy, promoting relaxation and balance.

🙏Self-Healing Techniques - Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-care, showing you how to apply Reiki for stress relief, relaxation, and a sense of inner peace.

🙏Energetic Cleansing Practices - Understanding energetic hygiene, such as grounding and clearing techniques, is essential for maintaining your own well-being as you practice Reiki.

This workshop is for you if:
