I thought I was doing everything right… but I still felt awful.
I remember the exact moment I realized something was wrong.
I was sitting in my car, staring at the steering wheel, completely drained. I had just finished another long week of eating clean, working out, checking off my to-do list… and yet, I felt like I was running on fumes.
My hair was thinning. My energy was unpredictable. My mood swings were frustrating even me.
I told myself "Maybe I just need more willpower. Maybe I’m just tired. Maybe this is normal"
But deep down, I knew the truth.
