Oh WOW do we have a good one for you , ladies!!!

We loved connecting with this week at our fave little coffee shop ☕️

We meet with providers to learn their story and their heart and we can say with confidence Janet at has a BIG one 🤍

With over a decade of pediatric experience, Janet created Lumené Newborn Concierge - a private, high-touch newborn care service designed for families who desire clinical excellence paired with deeply compassionate support. Janet meets mothers in their homes, holding space for healing, rest, and gentle guidance in those early, tender days of motherhood, and we are SO here for that 👏🏻

Janet’s goal is simple and powerful. She desires to be a light for every family she walks alongside, and we are honored to share her business.

“Transformed” is the word we keep coming back to after attending the perinatal patient advocacy training with .birth these past two days.

There was something deeply powerful and sacred about being in a space where stories were able to be held with such intention, voices were able to become amplified and firm, and the complexity of maternal care was honored with such grace.

We left feeling more connected, more grounded, and more rooted than ever in our role as a birth worker in this community - aware in a renewed way of just how deeply this work is needed.

Thank you to the trainers of .birth and for creating this space and opportunity - it was an amazing experience!

Dear Algorithm,

We’re not here to go viral—truly, we’d probably be pretty bad at it 😅 We’re here for the new mom scrolling between feedings, the mom-to-be holding anxiety in her chest wondering how she’s going to do it all, and the woman trying to conceive who keeps saying she’s “just tired” when she’s actually mentally and emotionally exhausted from holding it all in…

If you want to show this to someone, show it to the one who’s been carrying too much alone for too long because she doesn’t have to anymore 🤍

This page talks about nervous systems, postpartum transitions, trauma, healing, and what it looks like to find peace within what is.

No performance. No expectations. Just support.

XOXO,

🌙

There’s a big difference between the baby blues and postpartum depression and understanding it matters more than most people realize.

After birth, emotional shifts are incredibly common. The baby blues can look like tearfulness, mood swings, irritability, or feeling overwhelmed. This typically begins a few days after delivery and resolves within about 2 weeks as hormones begin to stabilize, but when those feelings linger, intensify, or start to impact your ability to function, we may be looking at postpartum depression (PPD).

This isn’t something you just “push through.” It’s your nervous system asking for support.

At , we offer a space to process what you’re carrying - whether you’re navigating baby blues, PPD, or something different that feels hard to name.

You don’t have to do this alone 🤍

If you’re in Georgia, we offer both in-person session in Cu***ng and virtual sessions throughout the state!

Support matters 🌙

There’s something powerful about being in the same space as people who get it.

The mothers in the thick of it.
The ones preparing.
The ones holding others through it.

We are hosting a park walk for Moms + Birth Professionals! This is a space to slow down, get outside, and connect in a way that feels natural and nourishing.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just fresh air, movement, and meaningful conversation.

This is for you if you’ve been craving:
• community that feels safe and supportive
• connection beyond social media
• a reminder that you’re not doing this alone

Bring your babies, tour kids, your questions, your stories, or just yourself.

Where your village begins 🤍

Tag a friend who would love this, or share this with someone who needs to be in this space with you.

Hello local ladiesss!!!

Cu***ng Postpartum Pod starts THIS FRIDAY at and we have an incredible lineup of local practitioners ready to support you!

Our goal is simple: we strive to connect postpartum women and create a safe and educational space where you can feel supported during your transition into motherhood.

A Postpartum Pod is more than just a support group—it’s a small-group learning experience designed for the 4th trimester and beyond. With only 8–10 mom + baby pairs, each pod is intentionally kept intimate and is led by an experienced Postpartum Doula.

You’ll also hear from local experts in areas like:

🤍 Pelvic Health
🤍Lactation
🤍Mental Health

Every registration includes an Annual MESH Moms membership (a $150 value) so your support system can continue long after the pod ends!

If you - or someone you love - could benefit from this kind of support, DM for an exclusive promo code 🤍

Wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself since we have so many new faces here 🤍

I’m Paige - the owner of Crescent Counseling & Consulting. I’m a mom to three energetic, big-hearted boys and one fur-baby, Decker 🐾

I originally became a therapist because I felt called to work with children and trauma. Over time, that calling evolved and expanded after my own experience with a traumatic birth and postpartum depression. What started as working with trauma stayed the same at its core but the lens shifted to supporting women through the deeply transformative (and often overwhelming) journey of motherhood 🤍

Crescent has always grown alongside me. It was built with intention - to be a space that supports women from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and all the in-between moments that don’t always get talked about. This work is deeply personal to me, and a lot of my heart lives inside this practice.

I truly believe I’ve been called to walk with mothers in all seasons. I don’t pretend to be the expert on your life - you are. I’m simply trained in the therapeutic process, here to meet you where you are, gently assess readiness, and walk alongside you toward where you want to go.

A few things about me outside the therapy room - I’m originally from Michigan (you might catch the Midwest in me every now and then), I love a good true crime documentary or psychological thriller (always taking recommendations!!), and I recharge by getting outside and exploring local coffee shops - filling my cup both figuratively and literally ☕️

If you’re here, I’m really glad you are and I would love the opportunity to get to know YOU!
