Read that again.

Since health originated with God, becoming truly healthy starts with Him. More precisely, correctly understanding Him. Getting to know God for who He actually is, rather than who you think He is.

This—seeing God as He really is—is Step #1 for becoming truly healthy. Because everything health-related flows downstream from your view of God:

Your motivation to improve your health.

Your beliefs about health.

Your attitude when you pursue health.

Your perspective as you look at health-related endeavors.

Your behaviors you engage in to become truly healthy.

Everything.

This is exactly what we see happening in the world today. The enemy wants you to separate your health and faith.

He wants you to believe your body image is the most important aspect of your health and become obsessed with yourself. On the flip side, he wants you to think health is confusing, you don't have time and that you can never see change.

This is exactly why we started HOLO HLTH and firmly believe in the message of true health.

Health isn’t just about looking good or feeling better—it’s about living a life that aligns with God's design. It's about loving God with every part of you: body, mind, and soul.

The enemy knows that when you are truly healthy—body, mind, and soul—they are stronger, more joyful, and more effective for the Kingdom.

Our commitment is to continue making resources to help the body of Christ pursue the truly healthy life He offers. To support you in your pursuit of loving Jesus with every part of you.

Treating health like a problem to solve can look a lot of different ways, but ultimately it's overemphasizing one area believing that when you reach the goal it wil be enough.

It simply doesn't work that way because you are a one dimensional person. You have many parts which means you have to manage the care of each.
