The temperatures outside are rising, along with the risks of your pet having a heat stroke! Here are some symptoms to look for along with information on how to prevent and treat a heat stroke!

With that being said, please do not forget to come by and get your pets medications refilled before the fireworks! Even if your pet does not typically react to fireworks, we recommend they be kept indoors during the festivities so they do not get spooked and run off! As we approach the end of the year we want to send a major shout out to our high school intern, Tori!🤗
Tori is a junior at East Forsyth High School and joined us back in August through her work-based learning program.
In her free time, she enjoys competitive clogging and spending time with her little brother, mom, dad, and golden doodle Nala!🐶🐾
When Tori graduates she is planning on furthering her education by obtaining her nursing degree! She is a quick learner and has a love for pets and connecting with clients! She has decided to continue with us throughout the summer, and her senior year, and we cannot be more excited!🥰🥹❤️

We typically have the reports back the same week, and our doctor reviews them and goes over next steps and options with you. This is a great service to have close to home with your regular veterinarian assisting throughout the process. If you have concerns with your pet and think you may need either of these services, please let us know! ***ngga
