✨ Enjoy every moment.

You don’t have to fix everything at once.
In therapy, we practice slowing down long enough to notice what’s already here—
moments of calm, connection, and relief.

The small moments you overlook today
are often the building blocks of a steadier tomorrow.

🎉 Big congratulations to Emma Kiely! 🎉

We’re so excited to celebrate Emma on completing her associate license and officially receiving her full LPC! Emma is now a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and this is a huge milestone that reflects her dedication, skill, and heart for this work.

Emma specializes in supporting children, teenagers, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and brings a thoughtful balance of evidence-based practice, compassion, and education into every session.

Her work helps clients better understand their minds and bodies while building practical skills for long-term emotional regulation and resilience.

If you, or someone you love, are struggling with OCD or trauma, Emma is an incredible resource. We’re so proud to have her on our team and can’t wait to see the continued impact of her work. 💙✨

Too much scrolling can take a real toll on mental health—especially for teens.
Constant comparison, overstimulation, and pressure can increase anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

If your teen seems more irritable, withdrawn, or stressed after screen time, it may be time to pause and talk.
Support matters—and help is available.

Being a parent of someone who is struggling with substance use can feel incredibly isolating.

You’re constantly thinking ahead.
Second-guessing decisions.
Trying to be strong while quietly feeling overwhelmed.

You don’t have to figure this out by yourself. 🤍

If you’re the parent of a child, teen, or adult navigating substance use challenges, we invite you to join a community of parents who truly understand. This group is for those who are walking the path now, those who’ve walked it before, and those just learning how to take the next healthy step forward.

This is a safe, supportive space to connect, share, listen, and breathe—without judgment or pressure.

What a wonderful morning at the 20th Annual Drug & Alcohol Awareness Breakfast hosted by Harmony Grove Baptist Brotherhood 💙

We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful community event focused on education, connection, and hope. A special thank-you to Jeremy Mitchell of His Way Atlanta for sharing a powerful message of recovery, redemption, and the reminder that help and healing are always possible.

Events like this matter. Conversations like these save lives.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported one another, and continues to stand in the gap for those impacted by addiction.

💙 Hope. Recovery. Community.

If you’re the parent of someone struggling with substance use or addiction, you carry a weight most people never see.

You worry.
You question yourself.
You try to stay hopeful while feeling exhausted and unsure.

You don’t have to carry this alone. 💛

If you are the parent of a child, teen, or adult who is struggling with substance use, we invite you to come connect with other parents who truly get it—those who have been there, are still there, or are learning how to navigate this journey one step at a time.

This is a space for support, understanding, and connection—without judgment.
