This is what 1200+ lbs of salt looks like before it’s dissolved! 🤯

Epsom salt, magnesium sulfate, has been shown to alleviate anxiety and improve sleep. It helps with aches and pains, whether from arthritis, injury, or illness. It’s a hair natural volumizer and can help soothe eczema, rosacea, and acne. It helps with digestion and migraines and is good for your heart. It lowers the stress hormone cortisol and can help balance other hormones as well. Are you still reading? Cause I can keep going!

It’s estimated that up to 80% of the population is magnesium deficient, and a huge part of that has to do with farming practices and soil health, but that’s a whole other topic. We pride ourselves on setting the industry standard for health guidelines. Our float solution is filtered and sanitized 5x in entirety every hour, in between each appointment, with UV light, ozone, a 5 micron filter, and hospital grade hydrogen peroxide.

These Float Pods also contain 1,200 lbs of Epsom Salt each – making for a salt solution that is nearly 100% sterile right from the start! There’s so much salt in each pod that if we added much more the water would actually start to crystallize.

In all reality, compared to a hot tub, pool, or even the water you shower in at home – this is likely the cleanest water you’ve ever been in!

Why does it feel so good to float? Over 1,000 pounds of dissolved Epsom Salt support your body weightlessly on the waters surface, allowing you to effortlessly release areas of tension from your neck, shoulders, and spine.

The body gets a 60 minute break from gravity while the mind can have a chance to slow down and relax after constant stimulus.

To put that salt content into perspective, the ocean has about 3% salt by volume. At True REST you are floating ON TOP of a 30% salt solution!
