I was so honored to teach a CPR and First Aid class for Katherine’s 11th birthday yesterday! 🎉 🥳
How amazing is it that, at just 11 years old, she already understands the importance of being knowledgeable and prepared for emergencies? I have no doubt she’ll go on to do great things!

In honor of National Restart a Heart Day, I just had to share this heartwarming (and hilarious) moment!
Check out this adorable little boy giving his best shot at CPR on a mascot after the heroic mascot saved him from getting hit by a flying ball! ⚾️
This clip is a reminder of how important it is to be ready in case of an emergency, and how even the littlest helpers can make a big difference.
