How it can benefit the child? They become super smart, more intelligent, no need to struggle for anything to achieve in their life. No worries, fears
stress.... Lack of focus, hyperactivity, negative emotions are totally gone. I could see these changes in my son who is in the video.

Yoga is not something to do with the body alone. One should integrate body, mind and breath to achieve the state of Yoga or the oneness which can be achieved by practicing Asanas (Physical postures), Pranayama(Breathing Techniques) and Dhyana (Meditation). The idea of yoga makes many people uneasy because they think Yoga is for only those who can twist their bodies, balance or maintain the poses for a longer time which is totally untrue. Yoga is for everyone"!
