Allergies 🤧

🌸 Let’s talk about them. I started getting some symptoms Sunday after 2 long outdoor gigs on Saturday and by Monday it had gotten pretty rough.

🍯 Thanks to this massive 1 gallon bottle of local honey and these incredible tinctures by .bound.skills I am now completely allergy free even though the pollen is as bad as ever.

🌻 If you’re not from GA just know the pollen here is notorious for giving people some bad allergic symptoms. You just want the rain to come so bad when it gets to this point.

🍄 I usually don’t buy alcohol tinctures because of the taste but the quality of organic alcohol used in these is so smooth all you really taste is the mushrooms from how potent they are. Then if you add it to your coffee or matcha latte with some of the local honey it’s perfection and so healing.

🍋 And of course this was along with my green juices and/or lemon waters every morning at least 20 minutes prior to taking anything else.

👉🏼 If you are having allergy symptoms, I highly recommend trying some of these natural remedies.

We knew this cold was coming, so we saved Pi day for THIS final winter hurrah 🎉🥶🙌🏽

It’s multiple celebrations today, Pi Day, ByeByeWinter Day, HelloSpring Day, St. Patty’s Day AND celebration of my certification and our ‘new beginnings’ move to Dawsonville Day…. In other words it feels fantastic like life is getting more and more amazing every day, every year and I am here for it.

Find a reason every day to celebrate and energize your life however suits you best, and watch 2026 unfold into the most exciting year yet. We can’t control everything but we can choose how we respond.

I passed and can finally get started with building a business!

I just finished and passed my final exam to become a Certified Juice Therapist.

I’m certified through the Juice Guru Certification Program® which has
been accredited by the CMA® and the AADP®.

This is a dream come true and it’s only the beginning.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner/Juice Therapist I want to invite anyone who has been addicted to substances and alcohol to work with me.

Spring may still be a few days away but people are already FEELING it! This was just 1 of the juice orders I received over the weekend. 17-18 gallons later (144 if it was all put in pints) and I am wiped. I’m also feeling fantastic from all the juice I got to enjoy along the way.

You know what makes juice rare and expensive? It’s a lot of work and no one can patent it. You can’t even truly bottle or capsule it because fresh raw pressed juice has electricity, a.k.a. life, force energy, a.k.a. God’s gift to us. It is the closest thing we get to receiving energy directly from the sun.

That being said, any form of juice is better than no juice because you are removing all the nutrients from the fiber, and making it that much easier to absorb. I can tell you from juicing 17 gallons that you would not want to be pooping that much fiber all day.

Buying it raw, organic and fresh pressed is the next best thing to doing it yourself but if you live somewhere remote where you cannot access it and don’t have a juicer, you could start with the bottled juices from the store. They do use HPP (high pressure processing) but some extra nutrition is better than none.

Juicing as the future! We have so much dormant DNA and I can promise you the more I juice the more I feel this new DNA activating. As we continue to activate our DNA we are going to evolve and that is very much needed in this world right now.

We will be moving in a month and I will not be able to fulfill anymore juice orders till around June. But if you want to start juicing I am here to help guide you with getting started. 💞

GA cycling doesn’t pay but having a fun hobby whilst giving back to my community is great for my mental wellbeing.

This year has started with some tumultuous energy. I don’t think it’s just me, it seems to be on the world stage as well. I’m trying to gather my bearings and figure out what it all means for me, but it is challenging.

Time goes by in 9 year cycles. This New Year reflection isn’t just looking back at the last 1 year, it’s the last 9!

It started 2017 (2+1+7=10=1) which was year 1 to 2025 (2+2+5=9), year 9. Now that we’re in 2026 (2+2+6=10=1) it resets back to 1.

This last 9 year cycle was an era of massive changes and growth. My life looked perfect from the outside but what was awakening within me would set my outer world on fire.

9 years later I can’t help but feel that there are big changes coming again. But I wonder if what saved me also stunted me? The middle of the last nine year cycle was 2020–2023. Covid was happening on the world stage and I was divorcing.

I was so grateful to be able to find refuge and safety for myself and my 3 little girls in the midst of the wild. We were alone in a little house in the mountains with wild animals all around yet I have never felt more safe and connected to God. I will treasure those times forever!

However now that we have spent the last couple years re-integrating into the world it feels like I am discovering it for the first time. I am changed and new, it is strange and new.

I have healed many things and let go of so much that needed to be let go of. My kids are older, our lives have changed drastically and so have our needs.

Everything I learned from the last cycle has helped me learn how to navigate and meet my own needs but now I need to step into understanding the needs of others more.

We are not meant to hide from the world forever. We are social creatures by nature and have purpose in our connections, even when it feels scary.

Photo is of 3 small juice orders I started the new year making for 3 awesome people who were ready to dive into change. I can’t wait to meet more of you!

Hi my name is Crystal. I started juicing fresh fruits and vegetables in my kitchen well over a decade ago. I had no idea what incredible changes would occur in my life because of them and that they would become a part of mine and my children’s future forever. As a current student at ‘Health Mastery Institute’ I am now well on my way to becoming a fully certified wellness coach. The more I learn about health and nutrition the more I want to share my gifts and knowledge with the world. I did not anticipate the amount of science I would need to learn and how long my classes would take so I am beginning to offer my services by making juices for you today. I am a mother to 3 little girls whom I also homeschool. We enjoy making and drinking the juices together. We also love gardening, hiking, boating, art, piano and ukulele.
