Had THE BEST TIME yesterday at the 8th annual 9/11 Stairclimb with 🇺🇸

It was a moment to remember what we’ve lost but also what we’ve gained because of the immense sacrifice of those that love this nation and her people. We saw familiar faces, laughed, cried and climbed a whole lotta of stairs 🙌🏼

✨ Moment of gratitude ✨

It’s 10pm on a Friday night.
It’s quiet.
I just got finished doing all of my admin duties after a very full work week. My hands, wrists and arms feel like they’ve been through the ringer, I’m tired, my back hurts, yet… I couldn’t feel more grateful and content. There comes a point in your life, if you’re lucky enough to experience it, when all the blood sweat and tears you’ve put into your career, family, creative endeavors, etc… you see it. You start to see the results. You start to understand - it meant something. It all meant something. Even the days that you want to run off into the forest and live with the woodland creatures because you’re so stressed out 😂😵‍💫

Every person that has entered my life either through the doors of my business, the doors of my home or the doors of my heart: I am forever grateful for absolutely everything. You’ve brought so much light and life, you’ve helped teach me so many lessons, you’ve helped make me who I am today.

And she ain’t half bad.

I calculated it the other day. Since I became a therapist in 2009 I’ve given over 13,000 massages and each of those sessions taught me a little something about life, healing, strength and connection. I am a better person today because of all of you. Thank you for allowing me to touch your lives. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your cheering squad. I love all of you more than you know. 🫶🏼

Here’s to the tomorrows and continuing to stay on the path towards the brightest future possible 🥂

“Emmalin saw Logan Sunday a week ago and again Friday in prep for her regional gymnastics meet Saturday.
She focused on her back and shoulders on Friday. She left Friday night relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep before the meet. Please share with Logan that she won 🥇 gold in her age division . Highest scores all season!!”
