Beacon Communities attended the 2025 GSLA Annual Awards Gala last night. While there were many wonderful nominees in various categories, Brian Polley, Maintenance Director at Manor Lake Gainesville won for Community Staff Leader. We are very proud of you Brian. I must say the Beacon team looked amazing!

We had a great showing for the 2024 Annual Georgia Senior Living Association Conference in Gwinnett this week! Our team is “Grounded and Growing”! We also had the chance to take a picture with Mike Wang from Inspiren who is implementing his devices, AUGi, in our memory care neighborhoods. Great networking and learning week!

We are very proud of all of our team members who were nominated for Hero Awards at the Georgia Senior Living Association Hero Award Event. We are especially proud of Pam Polley for receiving the GSLA Hero of Excellence Award for Corporate Staff Partner!! We had a fantastic time attending the event.

Congratulations to our own Pam Polley for her nomination for a GSLA Hero Award in the category of Corporate Office Staff Member. Offered by the Georgia Senior Living Association, nominees must exemplify specific characteristics at the heart of the Association's philosophy of dignity and respect. The Hero of Excellence Award is the highest award of achievement given by the Georgia Senior Living Association to its members.

Beacon Communities was established in 2000 and has been involved in full service management, development and consulting of senior housing communities, including active retirement living, assisted living and memory impaired care. Our services include sales and management, financial and market analysis, consulting and re-engineering, that are customized and delivered with a focus on the needs and human dignity of the residents.

Beacon is a hands-on company with highly experienced leaders in senior housing, assisted living and Alzheimer’s services. An integral part of Beacon’s success has been our ability to respond immediately to the specific needs of our senior residents. Each senior living community is unique in its own market. Our senior Associates are personally involved in each project and focused on generating results for our clients. We work diligently in being accessible and in forming trusting relationships with you and the seniors, their families and employees. We are a principle-centered management company with emphasis on empowering our staff to provide a positive and trusting culture for our senior residents and their families.
