🧠 Is Your Child Overly Sensitive to Sounds?

🎧 Many children — not just those with autism — experience auditory processing challenges where they’re highly sensitive to high-frequency sounds that most people don’t even notice.

💥 These hidden sensitivities can lead to anxiety, difficulty focusing, and overwhelm in everyday environments like classrooms, stores, or even at home.

👂 Left-Ear vs. Right-Ear Dominance Matters!
Did you know that being right-ear dominant is actually ideal?
➡️ The right ear sends sound directly to the left hemisphere, where language and speech are processed.
🗣️ That means faster, clearer understanding of words — especially in noisy or complex listening situations.

When someone is left-ear dominant, sound has to take a longer route through the brain, which can make it harder to process what’s being said — leading to frustration, confusion, or fatigue.

✨ Multi-Sensory Training (MST) at MindSync
Our program helps restore balance in auditory processing while integrating all the sensory systems:
🎶 Auditory • 🎯 Visual • ⚖️ Vestibular (balance) • 🖐️ Proprioceptive (body awareness)

This creates a more cohesive, calm, and efficient sensory experience — supporting better focus, comprehension, and emotional regulation.

When the limbic system (your brain’s emotion and stress center) goes into overdrive, you may feel anxious, reactive, or “stuck” in survival mode.

When the nervous system is trapped in this chronic stress state, the body can’t heal the way it’s meant to:

🩺 The immune system weakens
🍽️ Digestion slows
⚡ The body prioritizes survival over recovery.

For children with PANS/PANDAS, or anyone struggling with Lyme, mold illness, or chronic infections, this ongoing internal storm makes true healing so much harder.

The gentle, rhythmic rocking motion of our multi-sensory table tells the brain “you’re safe,” shifting the body from stress to calm.

👀 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 (𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭):
The specific wavelength ranges of colored light (syntonics) and focused visual engagement help reduce sensory overload and quiet the mind.
➡️ Chronic stress can narrow peripheral vision, triggering a danger response.
➡️ Syntonics opens the visual fields, restoring a sense of calm and safety.

🎧 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝):
Our curated music tracks are designed to improve auditory efficiency and encourage right ear dominance—a pattern linked to clearer, more organized processing.
👉 Right ear dominance supports faster communication between the brain and limbic system, reducing confusion and calming internal stress signals.
👉 This fosters a sense of safety, organization, and emotional balance.

✨ This Little Light Is Extremely Powerful! ✨

After 12 days on the MST Table at our office at MindSync, clients take a customized lightbox home, find a dark/comfortable space, and gaze at it for 20 minutes twice daily for 18 days.

🧠 What is MST? (Multi-Sensory Training)

MST combines:

🔹 A slowly rotating table
🔹 A syntonics light box
🔹 Headphones playing music that supports auditory processing
This 30-day program helps integrate the vestibular, visual, and auditory systems — bringing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems back into balance while creating new neural pathways.

💥 Think of it this way:

When a concussion or sensory disruption occurs, the brain can feel like a broken vase. The MST table glues it back together 🧩, and the home lightbox then dries the glue.
By the end of 12 days in our office, most clients feel vast improvements in their symptoms. Most use the magenta colored lightbox as this color is known to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems 💗.

🌟 Commonly reported benefits:

✅ Decreased anxiety
✅ Less brain fog
✅ Reduced sensory overload in bright/noisy environments
✅ Fewer headaches & less dizziness
✅ Better focus & multitasking
✅ Improved reading & comprehension
✅ More energy and motivation
✅ Deeper, more restful sleep 😴

📈 94% of clients report improvements!
Even when other therapies — OT, SLP, PT, ABA, CBT, EMDR, Vision Therapy have only helped partially, MST often sets the foundation for greater and faster progress.

💬 Many say they finally got their life back!

🌿 If you or a loved one are stuck in fight-or-flight or struggling with sensory integration, MST may be the missing piece.

🌟 Why Sensory Integration Before Age 3 Is So Important 🌟

During the first three years of life, a child’s brain is developing at lightning speed — making millions of new connections every second! ⚡ This is the critical window when the brain learns to process and organize sensory input — sights, sounds, touch, movement, balance and more.

This process, called sensory integration, helps the brain build the foundation for attention, coordination, emotional regulation, learning, and social interaction. 🧠💫

But when sensory integration doesn’t fully develop or is interrupted— whether due to trauma, stress, toxins, infections, mold or other impacts — the brain can struggle to make sense of sensory information. This may show up later as:

👶 Challenges with balance or coordination
🧩 Difficulty focusing or sitting still
💥 Emotional outbursts or anxiety
😴 Trouble with sleep or self-regulation
📚 Learning or attention struggles

The good news? The brain is changeable — even beyond age 3. Through the right sensory experiences and interventions, we can help “retrain” the nervous system to process input more efficiently.

At MindSync, we specialize in helping children (and adults!) strengthen their sensory foundations through multi-sensory training — supporting focus, calm, and resilience from the ground up. 🧠

✨ It’s never too early — or too late — to help the brain integrate the senses and thrive!

👀 Want to React Faster on the Field or Court?

Open Your Visual Fields with Multi-Sensory Training (MST)! ⚡

Athletes, if you want to level up your reactive motor instincts, it’s time to train your eyes! 👁️💥 Expanding your visual field allows your brain to process MORE information in real time, helping you react faster, sharper and more accurately in dynamic situations.

Here’s why it matters and how MST can help:

1️⃣ Better Peripheral Vision – Train yourself to detect movements or shifts in your environment without focusing directly on them. In sports like soccer, basketball, or tennis, you need to see everything happening around you, not just the ball! This allows you to anticipate plays and react to subtle cues (like an opponent’s move or an incoming pass) without taking your eyes off the main action.

2️⃣ Faster Info Processing – A wider visual field means your brain can process multiple things at once. This boosts your ability to assess situations and make split-second decisions. Instead of just watching the ball, you’ll be aware of the whole game—players, threats, and opportunities—allowing you to respond more quickly!

3️⃣ Adapt to High-Speed Action – In fast-paced sports, everything changes in the blink of an eye! Opening your visual field lets you track multiple objects and players simultaneously, so you can adapt to quick changes—like an opponent’s direction shift or an unexpected pass.

Bottom line: Training your visual field = better situational awareness, quicker reactions, and smarter decisions on the field.

🏅🔥 Keep your eyes wide open and stay one step ahead of the competition!

So many parents who come to us have tried many different interventions and protocols with little to no progress. Often for years. We personally understand this and can offer hope! Thousands of children have done MST nationwide with 94% of parents reporting positive gains during the 30-day program and/or over the following 9 months.

We offer free consultations and baseline testing (a $250 value) and offer 20 percent off to members of this group. For more information or to schedule, please contact us at support@mindsyncmst.com.
