Key Differences:

ADHD: Brain-based differences in attention, impulse control, and executive functioning. Trouble starting or finishing tasks, organizing, managing time.

Anxiety: Overthinking, worrying, “what if” spirals that take over focus. Trouble concentrating because the brain is stuck on fear or stress.

Bottom Line:
ADHD = attention regulation challenge.
Anxiety = worry regulation challenge.

Both of these conditions are treated and assessed at Pavilion Psych!
