Snow days invite reflection. While winter settles in outside, our community stayed warm indoors creating art. In art therapy, clients designed tree pieces representing where they have been, where they are now, and where they hope to go. A reminder that growth continues in every season 🌳💙

Alumni Coordinator Joann and Director of Nursing Ashley were out in the community again this week spreading support where it matters most. From donating backpacks and school supplies at Dalton Elementary, Lenox Elementary, and Kidzone Childcare to connecting with teams at Berkshire Medical Center’s urgent care in Lenox, the emergency room in Pittsfield, and the Church on the Hill in Lenox, it was a full day of showing up for our neighbors. We are grateful to be part of a community that looks out for one another 💙

Community Outreach Day with Joann, our alumni coordinator, and Ashley, Director of Nursing at Swift River! Together, they spent the day spreading awareness across the Berkshires with stops at Pittsfield Fire Department, 18 Degrees, Pittsfield Library, Pittsfield Probate Court, Lenox Fire Department, Lenox Police Department, Lee Police Department, and Lee State Police. So grateful for the warm welcomes and meaningful connections along the way! 💙

We had the best time taking our Swift River alumni to the Festival of Trees at Hancock Shaker Village 🎄✨ Such a beautiful way to celebrate the season together. We wrapped up the day with hot chocolate at Chocolate Springs Cafe in Lenox great company, warm drinks, and lots of smiles. Moments like these remind us how important connection and community are in recovery. 💜
