Even for our young athletes a proper warm up is important before starting their sports. Think of it like starting your car on a cold morning, you need to get the engine running smoothly.

Spend 10–15 minutes on light cardio and dynamic stretches before every practice. Save static stretching for after.

Pre-season prep starts before the season starts!

Jumping into full training too quickly is one of the top causes of youth sports injuries.
Aim to start conditioning 4–6 weeks before practices begin. Begin with basics: jogging, jumping jacks, bodyweight squats. Then layer in sport-specific drills.

We’re proud to partner with Family Giving Tree, a nonprofit bringing joy and opportunity to underserved communities since 1990. Together, we can help provide backpacks and school supplies for students in need!

How to Get Involved:
🎯 Pick a Backpack Tag: Stop by Peak, grab a tag, and shop for the listed items (plus a quality backpack). Tags are available for K-2, 3-5, and 6-12 grade levels.
✏️ Donate School Supplies: Check out the list of needed supplies (https://familygivingtree.org/images/resources/BTS/2025/Supply_List_2025.pdf) and contribute what you can! Drop off your donations at the front office at Peak.
💻 Donate Online: Visit backpacksmiles.org to fund a backpack, and Family Giving Tree will handle the rest—100% hassle-free!
