Another turnaround the sun today. Getting wiser hopefully while appreciating life's simple blessings. after our California weekend of tumultuous storming weather, and for my birthday I was in pleasant awe of *3 beautiful rainbows* really bright with intense colors while driving.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner out with the family, & my own home baked keto chocolate black forest cake which was still sweet so I *can have mah cake and eat it too* refund watching my health goals for the year.

Grateful for the qigong I learned from Medical Qigong Master Dr Bingkun Hu I started learning in 1994, that has helped me heal and become the healer, and acupuncturist I am today to support others in their healing journey in turn. Thank you Dr. Hu, and I pray for your guidance as you watch over us from the Great Dao on the other side. 🙏☯️🏯

Playing with different filters for my happy place. Even when I'm away from here, this is where I go to practice in my mind. Qigong eventually is a total state of mindset, not just the forms, and movement flow.
