We have made it to the Holiday season and the shortest days of the year. Both of those realities can be stressful to your moods and energy levels, so here's a reminder invitation to nurture your inner calm as you go and stay connected with both yourself and others this winter season. Remember, too, The Trailhouse will be open, warm and here for you all winter long.
