I’m a licensed massage therapist with 10 years of experience, specializing in balancing therapeutic medical massage, myofascial therapy, and deep relaxation. My sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, provide pain management, and guide your body and mind into deep rest—most of my clients even fall asleep!

I’ve worked in spas and clinics across the country—from the mountains of Vermont to Colorado — bringing that experience back to my North Fork practice.
