Paradise Health Care would like to take a moment to share our latest update on program extension that we have been talking about for past couple weeks . We have successfully completed our initial service extension of services to Adult Day Health Care certification site visit and survey. PHHC has completed ADS Intensive services center certification under ODA with all required documentation, staff and facility requirements. PHHC Adult Day Services will run under DBA Paradise Home Health and Adult Day Services at 1871 Bailey Rd Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. We will keep you updated on our upcoming updates and official service start date.

We have successfully completed our annual ODA Structural Compliance Review today with zero discrepancies. We also got compliment from the provider relation staff for being organized and efficient with all the required documentation, policy and procedures which makes the review smooth. We would like to take a moment to thank all the administrative staff, clinical staff and consumer for cooperating and helping us to accomplish this goal every year. This means we are up to date with our organization structure on continuing providing quality care to our patients and we would also like to informed all that we are adding one more program from ODA in coming weeks. We will keep you posted on that.
