We are a family-owned, single-site home health agency serving Summit, Portage, and Stark counties with over 20 years of trusted experience. We’re not a high-volume, corporate agency: we focus on quality care, manageable caseloads, and supporting our nurses. We’re currently hiring a PRN RN with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload for the right candidate. If you’re looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a team that values your clinical judgment, this is the place for you.

**What You Can Expect: ** Flexible PRN scheduling • Competitive per-visit pay plus mileage and hourly pay for administrative time (meetings, trainings) • Opportunity to build a full-time caseload at your pace • Supportive, responsive leadership • Strong, established referral base • A culture that prioritizes patient care over quotas

What You’ll Do: Perform in-home skilled nursing visits • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans • Educate patients and families on disease management • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members • Complete accurate and timely documentation (including OASIS) • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed

What We’re Looking For: Active Ohio RN license • At least 1 year of home health experience (required) • Strong assessment, documentation, and time management skills • Experience with OASIS and EMR systems preferred • Ability to work independently while staying connected with a supportive team • A clinician who values quality, consistency, and patient-centered care
