Hometown Care is a locally owned home health agency serving Northeast Ohio since 2008. We also provide HHAs to support decisions to live safely at home.

We provide skilled and non-skilled services, delivering compassionate care at home while supporting patients, families, and our community with quality and integrity. We are a family owned business that knows what it means to bring someone in to your home to care for a family member. We dutifully provide in-home skilled nursing services to support your decision to get well at home. For skilled services: Please call our office at 330-926-9844
Our Nursing staff will discuss your needs over the phone and arrange a face-to-face visit in your home. For non-skilled, Home Health Aide services: Please call 330-926-1118
We will schedule free in-home assessments with our supervisory nursing staff to address all issues related to starting and maintaining care of your loved one, or will work with you over the phone. We provide a minimum of 2 consecutive service hours up to round-the-clock care. Staff is selected from our pool of employees based on your individual needs, and we also have fill-in staff available. Billing is processed and mailed bimonthly. Our service area includes Hudson, Stow, Silver Lake, Cuyahoga Falls, Twinsburg, Sagamore Hills, and parts of Tallmadge and northern/northeastern Akron.
