1/2 cup of pasteurized organic egg whites, 1/4 cup Good Culture low-fat cottage cheese with live cultures, a couple dashes of turmeric, pepper—in the VitaMix & a lots of sautéed veggies. So delish & keeps me full a long time!! 29g protein, lots of vitamin C , vitamin A, calcium, potassium, fiber, & minimal sat fat. Thanks for suggesting adding cottage cheese to eggs (or egg whites)

Apparently, the benefits even extend to the brain.

Ever since Beyond Burger IV ditched the unhealthy coconut oil for AVOCADO OIL, & lowered the sodium of their plant-based product, I’ve been experimenting with DELICIOUS NYT ground turkey or chicken recipes that I never would have considering making before.

The 16 oz Beyond Burger IV package is the perfect substitute for ground chicken or ground turkey recipes without “the meat”!

Since it arrived at my local grocery store (Heinen’s) & Whole Foods I’ve indulged in scrumptious knock-your-socks-off VEGANIZED recipes like:

Yasmin Fahr’s “Lemony Chicken-Feta Meatball Soup with Spinach” & her “One-Pot Chicken Meatballs with Greens (loads of Swiss Chard)

Melissa Clark’s “Lemony White Bean Soup with Turkey & Loads of Greens & Herbs”

And my husband loves their burger patties for a quick lunch.
