I offer comprehensive counselling services for families, couples, and individuals including: children, adolescents, and adults. I have been immersed in this field for 24+ years and have experience in many different specialty areas. This experience enables me to pick-and-choose which techniques and methods need to be implemented, on a case-by-case basis. My specialties include, but are not limited to:
-Medically- Assisted Treatment
-Anger Management
-Chemical Dependency Assessment and Treatment
-Mood and Anxiety Disorders
-Court Ordered and/or Court Recommended Assessment
and treatment
-Blended Family and Co-Parenting Issues
-Parenting Strategies and Families in crisis
-ADD and ADHD Testing, Assessment, and Treatment
-Family Conflict, Resolution, and Communication Skills
-Adolescent Specific Issues
I understand how difficult it can be for someone to take that first step in seeking help, and I do my best to meet the client and complete an initial assessment within three days of their request for services. Additionally, I offer both morning, afternoon, and evening appointment times to accommodate my clients and their busy schedules. I am a strong believer in coordination-of-care and encourage my clients to get their primary care doctor, psychiatrist, school counselor, or other professional involved in their emotional, behavioral, and mental health.
