3 years ago, I decided to expand our foot print and explore new opportunities for us and our community. There has been so much magic shared in this 1,000 sq ft space. Memories that will last us a lifetime, experiences we will carry with us forever.

As the saying goes "all good things must come to an end" and for GATHER this ring true. As of June 1st, we will be letting her go, hopefully handing her off to loving new owners.

Thank you to everyone that has shared and communed with us in this sacred space. There will be more opportunity in this cute little sanctuary over next 3 months to share in community.

All the sunshine, thoughts of impending spring and arrival of ✌️ NEW classes has us feeling a little mischievous.🤣

Join Sarah TOMORROW [Tuesdays] at 8pm for the start of her new offering - Rest + Release. A cozy blend of ultra restorative poses and Sarah's magical hands-on massage assists. Think "Thai like" pressure point massages and adjustments.

NEXT WEDNESDAY join Cynthia for her new offering - Form + Space at 4:30pm. A beautifully intentional All Levels class. Exploring elements of Katonah Yoga through postures, alignments and flows.
