Love was in the air at Blossom Care Center during our Valentine’s Day celebration!

Residents enjoyed festive treats, music, and time spent together celebrating friendship and connection. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of heart.

Moments like these are what make our community so special. ❤️

Blossom Care Center was proud to participate in today’s Senior Coalition Chili Cook-Off with over 120 local seniors in attendance!

We were honored to sponsor the salad and be part of such a wonderful community event filled with great food, friendly competition, and meaningful connections. Supporting local seniors and staying engaged in our community is what we’re all about.

Thank you to the organizers for putting together such a fantastic event!

✨Employee Highlight of the Week ✨

Meet our Director of Rehabilitation! With 12 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), their passion has been focused on providing exceptional skilled nursing care. In addition to their clinical expertise, she hold’s a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, bringing strong leadership and knowledge to our rehabilitation team.

Outside of work, she enjoy’s spending quality time with family and friends, baking, and decorating cakes and cookies. Her love’ for creativity shines through not only in the kitchen but also in the innovative and personalized touches they bring to therapy for our residents.

✨ Employee Highlight of the Week ✨

Meet Lynne Prendergass, our incredible Activities Director! Lynne brings a wealth of experience across independent living, assisted living, skilled dementia care, and psych settings. She is a Certified Activity Director and Dementia Care Practitioner who is passionate about using music, art, exercise, and cognitive games to spark memories, maintain skills, and help residents feel empowered while having fun.

When she’s not creating meaningful moments for our residents, Lynne enjoys the outdoors, a good book or movie, and spending time with her family. We’re so lucky to have her creativity, heart, and dedication on our team! 💙
