SUNSET YOGA at the BoMa Barn
When: Friday July 29, 7p

Are you desperate for intimate connection with nature and a community of like minded people?

Does yoga on the lawn and recharging your nervous system by feeling the earth underneath your feet sound like something you need?

Have you ever experienced someone drumming over your body while in Savasana?

Join Jen Scourfield of Shine Life Studio for an all-level yoga sequence at the newly renovated BoMa Barn in Diamond, Ohio. No matter what level of yogi you are - you are sure to enjoy one of Jen’s classes . Her desire is to bring you yoga that is a work ‘within’ more then a workout. You’ll know what I’m talking about if you’ve experienced this.

Come early so you can take a quick tour of the barn to see how far we’ve come in 15 months. I’m still pinching myself everyday when Brian and I walk to work and see what God was able to do with one YES.

We’ll also have our products available for purchase at a Tribe Life Discount if you need a restock, or want to try something NEW!

Yoga will take place on the lawn in front of the Barn where we’ll have the perfect view of a Summer Sunset. Could there be anything more magical?!

Bring your own yoga mat, bug spray and any yoga accessories you want to use!

Yoga,

Mediation,

Earthing

Sound healing drum circle

We invite you to stay afterwards to connect at a bonfire. Light snacks and refreshments will be available, but feel free to BYOB/W.
