Good morning, Yoga friends!
As some of you know, I took a tumble down my back porch stairs and bruised up my back and my left arm. While I am a little better this morning, and I AM STILL HAVING CLASSES THIS WEEK, it will be a little different than usual:
~ I won’t be demonstrating the whole time, because I simply cannot move my body like that right now. (Restorative Yoga, ice packs and hot stones are my besties right now! Ha!)
~ I will lead class the pre-covid way with cues and walking around to observe and assist (as desired).

Wednesday’s class will be Gentle Yoga Using Props for Strength and Balance - 8:30 am
Thursday’s class will be Spirit Flow for the Shoulders and Thoracic Spine - 6:00pm
Classes are held at Appalachian Root Works 208 E Pike Street and they are $10/person - first class is free.
Please note that we start promptly.

NEW PROGRAM
I’m starting a new program for classes also….to those who are already established, you’ll receive a “frequent flyer card” and for each class you attend, you’ll get an initial/punch/or stamp and once your card is filled up, you get a free class and a shout out here on my page to celebrate you, your practice and the time you have given to yourself on your mat!
To new students, your first class is free. When you return and pay for your next class, you’ll be given your frequent flyer card. 🙂
For those who don’t want to pay for classes individually, you can pay for classes in 5 & 10 increments with one transaction, and I’ll initial them as you attend. There is no expiration date for these.
I truly love sharing practice and holding space with you all and appreciate you so much.
Namaste,
Resa
