My practice will operate on a cash-based model. The new fee structure is as follows:

Monthly Membership Fee:**
$150 for adults aged 18 and older
$75 for patients under 18 years of age

One-Time Visit Fee:**
$200 for primary care and sick visits, without a membership

Services such as weight loss programs, medical ma*****na consultations, and bioidentical hormone therapy will remain cash-based only, with no changes to their pricing.

Additionally, medical concierge services and doctor home visits are now available as optional services at a separate cost.
