There are parts of me that I have denied and been ashamed of but what we resist persists. I'm still on my journey of self love and true acceptance. Since cancer I don't look the same and I definitely don't have have the stamina I used to. I deal with a lot of issues post chemo that have had me question my self worth. But every day I make the effort ti love the body I have and know it's a body that beat cancer and is still here ❤️

It's been a while since I have made any poste on here. Since the last post I published another book which I am beyond grateful for. This book takes you through my journey of stage 4 cancer. Why it showed up, the emotional aspect of healing the mind body and spirit and watching every part of who I was deconstruct.. how do you put back the pieces when you are delivered such life changing news ?
