If your PT or Chiro or Ortho is prescribing you or handing you a list of stretches, RUN. 🏃🏻 If you want something effective, you’ll need legit rehab exercises, not stretches. Cmon! Let’s do better than this.
Stretching may feel good in the moment, you may have some improved range of motion afterwards too! But let’s be real, it’s short lived. The pain & immobility returns. A real PT/Chiro/Ortho will show you exercises that will benefit you long term, helping you actually come back stronger.
