‼️IMPORTANT!‼️

So much growth, so many changes!
Updates:
▪️No more mobile appointments! This one hurts to end but physically it's no longer possible for me to do mobile appointments. The office is far too busy; I'm sorry for this inconvenience!
▪️Business hours are 9am-6pm with no lunch break. This is already an incredibly long day and I know I've been lenient in the past, but any appointment made after 6pm will be a $20 convenience charge.
▪️Due to scarce availability, I will now be opening the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 2pm-5pm. Because of this, I will be open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 9am-1pm.
▪️I am extremely busy with patients, PLEASE BE KIND! I hate that I have to even say that but I've had multiple people complain or get upset when they can't get in the same day or next day. The schedule is booked about 2-2.5 weeks out currently. PLEASE schedule when you leave to prevent frustration for both of us. I am one person and I know the quality of my work and connection with my patients; that will not change EVER! The dedication I give to my patients is unmatched and in order to keep it this way, I have to set some boundaries!

As always, THANK YOU for your support! I'm beyond grateful and I'm always looking for ways to be more available and present for my patients without sacrificing my own sanity. please continue to be patient.

Just a little update!

1- THANK YOU for the continued support, I appreciate it more than you know! With that said, the office is extremely busy! Which is great, but please remember to schedule out when you're leaving to guarantee you a spot on the schedule. I'm currently booking out for April 10th & 11th, with new patient appointments not available until April 13th!

2. Please expect delays during these closed times below. There will be no business phone access during these times.

3. Texting or emailing is currently the best way to get in touch for an appointment. (346)-587-7235.

SubHerban Studio & SubHerban Wellness Co. with Krystah Smith! Yall, this lady can do ANYTHING. From Pilates at her Klein location, a women’s health and hormone specialist, AND a Doula! (& truly so much more!) she’s a powerhouse for women’s health! Highly, highly recommend her services- they are all top notch. Plus she’s just an amazing human being!

Come for the classes. Stay for the community.

Unfortunately, no shows and late patients have been a common problem lately. PLEASE be respectful of my time.

If you have more than 2 no-shows or late-to-show appointments, you will be required to pay up front from now on before booking any future appointments.
