A journey through pain...
Pain causes immobility.
Pain manifested physically, arrives and travels through us for many reasons.
Sometimes, if we are weak, it stays.
It travels in the physical (below) ...directly related and resulting from an imbalance in the Chakra, our spiritual body (above)... ie: ~Polarity~

The Fascia... meaning 'sheath' or 'cover' is an amazing and necessary soft tissue.
It carries every signal and message from the brain (our control center, our direct connection to Our Creator, Life Source or 'Spark' if you will..)

The Fascia (they are a 'team' within us!💓💓) have the ability to stretch and move without restriction, liken to a mesh... or a fishnet. They are Feminine.. as liquid, permitting our 'Flow' ..our 'fluidity'.
**& we'll talk about the importance of alkalinity (softness) and hydration related to the body later...hint🙄 hint**

The 'Masculine' support system within our physical structure, known as the Skeleton... our 'Bones', can't thrive and prosper without the support of the Fascia.
When one experiences physical or emotional trauma ...the fascia can lose its 'flow and pliability, causing a 'boggy' effect and resulting in inflammation, which causes pain.
Fascial restrictions exert excessive pressure on this 'river' that flows throughout our physical Temple.
This also restricts proper blood flow throughout all the body systems, causing all kinds of symptoms, pain, headaches and stiffness, resulting in restriction of motion... and if left unattended, it will eventually lead you into all sorts of negative existence and a 'sick' body.

Take care of your 'Inner River' ...She can become a stinky 'bog' and make you miserable 🙄✌
