🧠 World Mental Health Day

More than 50% of people with mental illness don’t receive treatment often because of stigma and lack of access (NAMI).

Let’s break the silence, challenge misconceptions, and remind our community that seeking help is a sign of strength.

💚 Together, we can end the stigma and build a world where mental health support is accessible to everyone.

✨ This Tuesday was the first CFISD DigiSafe Parent Night of the year, and Cy-Hope Counseling was proud to be part of the conversation! ✨

Our own Lannie Cox, LPC-S represented us at the event, where parents heard from Phoenix House and the Cypress-Fairbanks Police Department on the important topic of substance use awareness.

DigiSafe Parent Nights are a collaborative effort to keep families informed and supported—covering both digital safety and substance use prevention—so parents feel empowered with the resources they need.

💚 Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children, teens, and families.

What a great event at Jersey Village high school. It really is great to connect to high school students and here what’s going on in their lives. The school has a lot going on from the counseling staff to make sure that their community really does take care of one another. Really impressed. Thanks again for having us.

We want to say a huge thank you to Jersey Village High School for inviting us to your Red Ribbon Week Mental Health Fair. Your students were so kind and involved, and made us feel very welcome in your school! 💚
