Cy-Hope

Cy-Hope Cy-Hope is a non-profit "Making Life Better for Kids" in Cy-Fair, Waller, and beyond.

We bring hope to kids through our backpack food program, Hope Centers, recovery programs, coaching to excel on the field and in life, counseling for children and families, as well as providing resources for families. Also, we encourage and support teachers by providing mentors and tutors, classroom volunteers, school adoptions and teacher appreciation events.

🍂 A huge THANK YOU to for putting together these beautiful Thanksgiving baskets!

Each one is filled with kitchen essentials like utensils, decorative plates, napkins, spatulas, and more, to help families prepare and enjoy their holiday meals. 🦃💛

These baskets will be passed out alongside Thanksgiving groceries (from the turkey to the fixings), giving local families everything they need to make a warm, homemade holiday dinner together.

We’re looking for:
⭐ Hope Center Leads – Adult leaders who oversee 2 of our after-school Hope Centers.
⭐ Hope Center Associates – High school students who love working with kids and giving back to their community.
🚌 STEM Bus Driver – Part-time position for a CDL-licensed driver ready to bring hands-on science fun to local schools!

🐍 Learning got wild this week at our Longhorn Hope Center!

Thanks to the Charlotte Davis Burns Science Resource Center Cy-Fair ISD and our awesome volunteer coordinator, Robyn Ficalora, our students got an up-close look at several snakes while learning all about these fascinating creatures.

🌟 Huge thanks to our amazing volunteers from Williams, who came to us through United Way of Greater Houston! Their team rolled up their sleeves this week and made a BIG impact on our property: cleaning gutters, repairing bridges and the gazebo, building a new picnic table, pressure washing, planting trees, sprucing up our STEM bus, and so much more. 🌳💪

We’re so grateful for their hard work, and for our partners at United Way, and Hope Disaster Recovery (who donated the beautiful trees!) for helping make this possible. 💚
