🤩Yesterday was the 30-year anniversary for Labrada Nutrition, where I briefly got to see my former coworkers and reunite with friends… Lee still looks amazing in his 60s, along with his son, Hunter, who is an international pro bodybuilder… 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I also got to see Keith Klein, my friend and nutritionist for over 25 years. Just because you’re traveling doesn’t mean your health goals have to stay home! 🧳💪🏼🤿
I made this egg white + spinach quiche before we hit the road for my son’s college orientation. It’s been a lifesaver for easy, high-protein breakfasts on the go. 🙌🏻

✨ On our recent cruise, I stayed mindful—lean proteins, veggies, and yes… a few vacation cocktails and desserts in moderation. Because balance matters, especially when you want to enjoy the moment and still feel your best.

Now I’m back on track for this multi-day trip with:

✅ 3 days’ worth of breakfasts + lunches packed
✅ Easy grab-and-go snacks like fruit + protein shakes
✅ Smart restaurant swaps (egg white omelets, grilled wraps, veggies, sauces on the side)

Travel Tip Time for Busy Moms:

📸 What Taking Control of Your Fitness Actually Looks Like 👇🏼

It’s Graduation Season… aka The Season of All the Things.

🎓 In the past 10 days, we’ve had TWO parties for our son (one with our group of friends, one for close family), and been to a whole bunch more.
Just yesterday included:
➡️ Senior Clap Out
➡️ Senior Palooza
➡️ Senior Sunset
➡️ And the official Graduation Haircut ✂️🎉

There’s been cake.
There’s been cocktails.
There’s been all the “just this once” treats.

And it could’ve easily spiraled into a full-blown sugar season.

But here’s what I did:
👉 I set boundaries.
After our family party, I sent leftovers home with friends, tossed what needed to go, and froze what I knew we could repurpose later.
👉 I went back to my staple meals—egg whites + toast, lean turkey + veggies, avocado-loaded salads, protein shakes, fruit and lots of water.
👉 I got back on track with my vitamins, supplements, and workouts—non-negotiable.

Graduation is in 2 days, and yes—I’ll be packing lean meals and snacks. Because a holiday shouldn’t become a holi-month. 🎯

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about planning ahead and taking back the reins.

Our Story

Welcome to Secrets of the Super Moms! My mission is to help moms feel confident and beautiful, both in their instincts to parent effectively, and to help them create healthy homes for their children by developing a healthy and fit lifestyle. This is what I call developing her "Super Self" so she can give to others.

The book “Secrets of the Super Moms” is a blueprint for the first 2 years of parenting and helps new moms get their baby on a schedule, offers feeding guidelines as approved by our pediatrician, includes interviews with other moms and offers their take on what worked and what didn’t, and includes all things your pediatrician wouldn’t necessarily tell you, but your best girlfriend would.

The book “Fit Mom Secrets” helps moms develop a healthy and fit lifestyle after having kids and includes a written program I used successfully. It’s a written guide to help moms learn how to jumpstart their own metabolism, lose body fat, and choose healthy and delicious foods for themselves and their children.

The “Super Mom Get Fit” program is an interactive online-based system that is the “Fit Mom” program come to life, with 12 weeks of workouts, as well as a 6-week postnatal program for moms who have recently had a baby. It includes live phone calls with me weekly to help “Fit Moms” stay on track and motivated, and includes a support community with others there to do the same thing.
