Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone.
When everything feels too heavy, start small:
1️⃣ Pause and breathe. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4.
2️⃣ Name what’s overwhelming you. Sometimes clarity brings calm.
3️⃣ Do one small thing. Fold a shirt, send one email, take one step.
4️⃣ Ground yourself. Notice 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste.
5️⃣ Be kind to yourself. You don’t have to do it all today.
Overwhelm doesn’t mean you’re failing — it’s a signal to slow down, not give up. 🌿
