Having a supportive space to practice these skills can help children feel more confident and connected.

🎯 Feelings in Focus is a 6-week counseling group that meets once a week for 3rd–5th grade students. Through guided activities and group discussion, children will:

✨ Strengthen social and communication skills
✨ Practice emotional regulation
✨ Learn healthy ways to express feelings
✨ Build confidence in friendships
