CONVENIENCE:
Excel urgent Care has three easily accessible locations, US Hwy 290 West at Skinner Road next door to Pluckers and Exclusive Furniture, Hwy 6 South between Lake Olympia Boulevard and Murphy Road in Missouri City, and I-10 West feeder at the Fry Road exit in the At Home parking lot. We have an onsite digital x-ray machine as well as limited lab so there are no delays in treatment. AVAILABILITY:
We realize illnesses and injuries do not keep a 9-5 schedule. Our Urgent Care Centers are open 7 days a week (except major holidays) with late evening hours and an appointment is never needed. EXPERIENCE:
Our physicians are board certified in their fields and each has a minimum of 3-5 years emergency room and /or primary care experience. FRIENDLINESS:
We treat you, our patients as we would want our own families to be treated. Our friendly staff will help you through each step of your visit with us, from check–in, to triage, your exam room and finally checkout. OCCUPATIONAL SERVICES:
For you the employer, be assured our goal is to provide you and your employees quality care. Excel Urgent Care has a certified Medical Review Officer on staff to assist you and offer several services including employment physicals, drug screening and treatment of minor work related injuries. We place emphasis on prompt care with minimal wait because we realize that your time is valuable. We work diligently to maintain high standards and we welcome your comments and suggestions. Join us at the Berry Center for a fun-filled morning featuring a 5K run, a 1-mile family-friendly course, kids’ activities, food trucks, and vendor booths—all benefiting the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation (CFEF). With your sponsorship and support, we will continue to provide scholarship opportunities for higher education to deserving seniors from all twelve Cypress-Fairbanks ISD high schools.

Event Schedule — Saturday, March 28, 2026
🕗 Event Hours: 8:00–11:30 a.m.
🏃‍♂️ 5K Start Times: 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
👟 1-Mile Start Time:8:45 a.m.

Packet Pick Up will be at the Berry Center on March 24th and 25th from 7:00am-7:00pm in the Cypress Room.
