Quick Desk-Side Relief: Try a "Doorway Stretch." Stand in a doorway, place your forearms on the frame with your elbows slightly below shoulder height. Gently step forward until you feel a good stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders. Hold for 20-30 seconds 3X each side.

This simple stretch can offer temporary relief, but for deep, lasting results, targeted massage therapy is key.
