With winter weather approaching, here are a few easy ways to stay prepared and safe:
-Charge devices ahead of time (phones, tablets, backup batteries)
-Prepare meals/snacks in case stores close or travel is limited
-Lay out warm clothing (coats, hats, gloves, socks)
-Check heating systems and keep extra blankets nearby
-Stock essentials: water, medications, diapers, wipes, preferred foods
-Limit unnecessary travel and watch for icy bridges/roads
-Have indoor activities ready (sensory bins, puzzles, movement games)
-Follow local school district updates for weather-related closures

Toxin-Free Tuesday isn’t about fear—it’s about honoring God with the small, everyday choices we make:
• Choosing products with fewer harmful chemicals 🌱
• Being intentional about what goes on our skin or our children’s skin 🧴
• Protecting the bodies God has entrusted to us 💙
When we align our choices with love, wisdom, and care, even simple acts—like switching out a detergent or using glass over plastic—can become an act of worship and protection.
So whatever you do… let it be done with love.

In ABA, we look at the function of behavior — the reason behind it. When we understand why someone is doing something, we can respond with grace and compassion, not frustration.
