At The Homestead Assisted Living Community, we are blessed to have several veterans who call our community home. Their stories, their service, and their strength continue to inspire us every single day.

🍝✨ Today our residents enjoyed a special treat as Chef Leo hosted a cooking demonstration right here at The Homestead! The featured dish was a delicious Pasta Primavera, complete with a velvety béchamel sauce that started with a perfectly golden blonde roux. 🌿

What made it even more special? The herbs came straight from our very own garden—bringing fresh flavors from the backyard to the table. 🌱👨‍🍳 We love moments like this that combine learning, laughter, and the joy of sharing a meal together. 💛
