I love my body. How often it is a struggle to believe this. My mind goes back to another time when I was skinnier or didn't have so many surgical scars. And I critic. But loving my body means acknowledging all the wonderful things it does - creating children, living, hiking, housing my soul. I need every day to be more conscious of the fact that I should love my body. Do you love yours?
