“The Healing Heel” – Yoga Retreat in Puglia, Italy

October 17–24, 2026 | Hosted by Amenia Yoga

This 7-night retreat takes place at Agricola Samadhi, an eco-friendly organic farmhouse in Puglia (the “heel” of Italy’s boot).

The week includes twice-daily yoga sessions, garden-to-table meals, a spa day, and guided excursions to charming towns like Lecce, Otranto, and the Valle d’Itria.

Pricing (early bird deadline passed March 31):
• Double room: $2,240/person
• Single room: $2,790/person
• Airport transfer from Bari is an additional $160/person

Airfare not included; flights connect through Brindisi or Bari.

What an incredible night at the Dade City Street Bash! 🌙✨

Nights like this are exactly why we love this community so much. A huge thank you to Dade City Brewing for putting on such an amazing event — you all truly know how to bring people together.

To everyone who stopped by to chat, laugh, and connect — you made our night. This is what Dade City is all about and we are so here for it. 🙌

And can we just say… our favorite moment of the evening? Watching some of you demo a yoga pose in exchange for a plant from Dick’s Sticks and Exotics! 🌿🧘‍♀️ Honestly, that’s the most Flow Yoga thing that could have ever happened and we are absolutely obsessed.

We have two very special evenings coming up at Flow Yoga — and we’d love for you to join us.

We’re hosting a pair of sound bath and meditation events timed to the lunar cycle, each with its own energy and intention.

🌑 NEW MOON SOUL SYNC MEDITATION
Friday, April 17th at 7PM | $15 per person

The New Moon is a powerful time to plant the seeds of what you want to call in. We’ll set our intentions for the month, seal them with wax as a physical expression of “So it is,” and close with a crystal grid and sound meditation using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, bells, and chimes.

🌕 FULL MOON RELEASE MEDITATION
Thursday, May 1st at 7PM | $15 per person

The Full Moon is an invitation to release what no longer serves you — old patterns, heavy energy, anything you’re ready to leave behind. We’ll move through a guided release practice, set a crystal grid for the Release of the Month, and close with sound meditation to carry the energy of letting go.

Both evenings include a guided Soul Sync Meditation — a practice of unlimited consciousness that helps you access your heartfelt intentions and come back to yourself.

Bring whatever helps you settle in — a meditation cushion, blanket, pillow, yoga mat, journal, or any crystals calling to you. Chairs are available if you prefer not to sit on the floor.

All levels welcome. Come as you are.

What a week. ✨

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start — the learning, the laughter, the quiet moments on the mat, the conversations that went way longer than they needed to because nobody wanted to leave. This community already has my whole heart.

I’m so grateful for every single one of you who showed up, tried something new, and made this space feel like home.

We opened our doors this morning, and we are still pinching ourselves.

To every single person who walked through that door today, rolled out a mat, and chose to spend part of their day with us - thank you. Truly.

The flowers. The kind words. The shares, the tags, the texts. The friends who showed up just to show up. The McDonald’s Diet Coke (IYKYK). You made Day 1 feel less like a grand opening and more like a homecoming.

And to our teachers - the energy you brought to this space today was everything. You set the tone, held the room, and made Flow feel exactly like what it was always meant to be. We are so grateful for you. 🙏

Flow has been a long time coming. And watching this space fill up with real people, real energy, and real presence today - there are no words.

We are so lucky to have all of you. Every one of you.

This is just the beginning. We can’t wait to see what we build together. 🤍
