Imagine this: you walk into your first spin class… or maybe your fiftieth.
The lights are low, the music is loud, the room is buzzing, and for 45 minutes you forget about your to-do list completely. 🌊☀️

Our Summer Theme Week is May 25–30 and my BEACH BUM RIDE is Tuesday, May 26th at 5:30AM 🌴
Yes… it’s early. But there’s something weirdly magical about getting your workout in before the world wakes up.

And if 5:30AM isn’t your thing, don’t worry — we’ve got class times all throughout the week too. 🤍
