Families and residents often ask how they can show appreciation to our team for their care, support, and love throughout the year. With the holidays approaching, we're doing something a little different this year! If you are interested in showing your appreciation, please consider donating your gently used purses to us by October 10th. The following week, we'll host an impromptu "shopping event" to raffle or sell the purses. We understand not everyone carries a purse, or might be hesitant to part with them. We will gladly accept any donations, big or small. All proceeds will benefit our entire team, ensuring everyone receives recognition and enjoys an unforgettable end-of-year celebration.

Let’s bring some fall flair to our community! We're inviting all local merchants in the Dade City/Zephyrhills area to join us for a friendly Haybale Decorating Contest!

🎃 Show off your creativity and fall spirit!
It’s all just for fun — no fees, no stress, just bragging rights and a chance to brighten up our towns with some festive cheer!

Decorate a haybale (or two!) outside your business with your best fall-themed decorations.

Think pumpkins, scarecrows, leaves, Halloween, Thanksgiving — whatever says fall to you!

Today, on this solemn day of remembrance — honoring the lives lost on 9/11, supporting the families, and praying for all who’ve been touched by violence, tragedy, and affected by senseless acts of evil committed then and since — we reflect, grieve, and yet also resolve to stand for something greater.

In the words of Charlie Kirk:

“Evil has a counterbalance, which is actually more powerful. And it’s called good… the Spirit of God.”

That truth calls us, especially now, to choose better: good over evil, peace over war, kindness over hate.

A passage of scripture that guides us in this way is Matthew 5:9:

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.”

Let us remember and also act:

🕊 In remembrance of those lost, may their legacy be one where we build, not break.

🤝 In honoring their memory, may we offer kindness, compassion, and understanding.

💛 In choosing peace, may we be agents of hope — in our words, our actions, our communities.

To the families still healing, to the hearts still heavy, and to each of us: may we be lights in dark places. May we live out the values of love, justice, peace, and kindness — not just in memory, but in every day.

Together, let’s rise. Let’s choose good, peace, kindness — always.

Dear residents, visitors, vendors, and staff,

Please note that our parking availability will be very limited on Wednesday, September 10, and possibly Thursday, September 11, as we’ll be carrying out paving and restriping work. To ensure our staff can continue providing essential care to residents, parking during this time will be reserved exclusively for on‑site care staff.

If your visit isn’t urgent, we kindly ask that you consider postponing it until Friday, September 12. However, if a visit is necessary, please contact Valerie at the front desk to schedule your arrival—we’ll do our best to accommodate you safely.
