🕒 Schedule: Full-Time

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Assist w/recruitment and retention strategies

Drive employee morale and recognition programs

Complete onboarding, background checks, and orientation

Process payroll with accuracy and timeliness

Handle workers’ compensation claims and OSHA reporting

Track FMLA and ensure HR compliance

Collaborate effectively with all departments and staff

✅ Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in HR and/or Payroll preferred

Strong attention to detail

Superior organization and time management skills

Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn quickly

Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employees

Outstanding interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

We had a fantastic time at our Tiki Birthday Bash today! Enjoyed some tasty treats and jammed to some music while showing off our lei's ☺️. Thanks a bunch to my volunteers and my helpers who made today a possibility!

☀️ It’s UV Safety Month! 🧴😎
We all love a little sunshine, but too much UV exposure can be harmful to your skin and eyes — even on cloudy days! July is the perfect time to brush up on sun safety and protect yourself while still enjoying the outdoors.

Here are a few simple sun-smart tips:
🌤️ Wear sunscreen (SPF 30+), and don’t forget to reapply
🕶️ Rock those shades — make sure they block UVA & UVB rays
👒 Hats and light layers = your summer skin’s BFF
🌳 Stick to the shade during peak sun (10am–4pm)

Taking a few precautions can go a long way in keeping your skin healthy and happy.

We tried to beat the heat with a little ice cream social 😋! Enjoyed some delicious Sundaes with all the fixings to offer and made some new friends 🩷. Thank you to my fantastic volunteers for helping out during the party and making the experience memorable for all. Can't wait to see what adventures next week brings!

A HUGE thank you to the Ybor City Mobile Museum for making the journey out of left field to our facility and present some amazing artifacts regarding Tampa Bays Baseball History! Everyone had a fantastic time and they really knocked it outta the park with the variety of artifacts they brought. Can't wait for the next time they roll into town ☺️
